Most of the parts that have problems are spinnerets, with uneven wire output, some thick and some thin. In this
case, the holes of the spinneret are usually blocked by charred plastic, but the holes are not completely blocked. To
solve this problem, we need to shut down the machine and remove the spinneret to clean the plastic in the
spinneret hole. There are several methods for your reference. The first method is to burn the blocked plastic paste
on the disassembled spinneret with fire, and then use a wire brush to clean the ashes after burning. Reinstall the
boot and the problem will be solved.
